\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u603b\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u8fbe 4.5% \u81f3 6.0%\uff0c\u8868\u73b0\u4f18\u4e8e\u8bb8\u591a\u8001\u65e7\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u4ea7\u6743\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. \u54c1\u724c\u6c38\u4e45\u4ea7\u6743\u7684\u6ea2\u4ef7<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8ffd\u6c42\u9876\u7ea7\u201c\u5956\u676f\u8d44\u4ea7\u201d\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c<\/span><b>\u6c38\u4e45\u4ea7\u6743 + \u56fd\u9645\u9152\u5e97\u54c1\u724c<\/b><span
