400;\">\u65e2\u7136\u6c38\u4e45\u696d\u6b0a\u5982\u6b64\u512a\u8d8a\uff0c\u70ba\u4f55\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u4ecd\u8cfc\u8cb7\u79df\u8cc3\u696d\u6b0a\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u5728\u65bc<\/span><b>\u5165\u5834\u50f9\u683c<\/b><span \u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u7e3d\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u9054 4.5% \u81f3 6.0%\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u512a\u65bc\u8a31\u591a\u8001\u820a\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u696d\u6b0a\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. \u54c1\u724c\u6c38\u4e45\u696d\u6b0a\u7684\u6ea2\u50f9<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5c0d\u65bc\u8ffd\u6c42\u9802\u7d1a\u300c\u734e\u676f\u8cc7\u7522\u300d\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c<\/span><b>\u6c38\u4e45\u696d\u6b0a + \u570b\u969b\u9152\u5e97\u54c1\u724c<\/b><span
